Four generations of family beekeeping, producing honest local honey with the same patience, care and respect for the hive that began more than a century ago.
Beekeeping has been part of our family story for well over a hundred years. What began in 1907 has passed through generations—not as a factory process, but as a craft learned slowly: reading the seasons, caring for the colonies and allowing the bees to do what they do best.
Our honey is gathered from our own family’s hives, with free and close-range access to our hand-sown meadow. Its diverse mix of nectar-rich annual and perennial British wildflowers is brimming with bee activity. Every jar carries that heritage. Our honey is produced in small batches and presented with pride here in Nottinghamshire.

Made in limited quantities, handled carefully and never treated like a mass-produced commodity.
The colour and flavour reflect the flowers, hedgerows and changing seasons visited by our bees.
A living family tradition, built on practical knowledge passed down since 1907.
Unlike large bulk honey blends, our honey is made from nectar collected by our own bees, which we love and care for ourselves. All we do is pass it through a sieve to remove debris. That’s it: untreated, pure honey, straight from the hive to the jar. Its shade, aroma and texture naturally vary from harvest to harvest. That natural variation is part of the pleasure of buying from a small local beekeeper.
Best of all, our honey tastes of beautiful wildflowers.
